Acceptance and validity of the General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions govern all legal matters arising from the contractual relationship entered into by users or customers of the website located at the url www.webcartridge.co.uk, property of eCommProjects UK Ltd.

By accepting these General Conditions, the customer declares that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract in the country of which he/she is a national, this age being United Kingdom 18 years old. If the customer is a legal entity, the natural person acting on its behalf declares, under his sole responsibility, to have the corresponding powers of representation.

The customer expressly accepts the General Terms and Conditions from the time he/she uses or contracts a service and/or acquires a product, and shall be bound by them. This document may be printed and stored by customers at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and other applicable regulations on the subject; Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

These General Terms and Conditions are also subject to Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 of 23 November on payment services and other urgent financial measures.

Amendments to General Terms and Conditions

eCommProjects UK Ltd. may modify, without prior notice, the General Terms and Conditions in order to improve the services and/or products offered through the website. Under no circumstances may such amendments retroactively affect existing contracts.

Customers or users shall be deemed to have been notified of such changes upon publication of the General Terms and Conditions on the website of www.webcartridge.co.uk.

Price

The retail price, including taxes, is shown in each product category. 

In certain cases, the exact price that the customer is charged may include the shipping costs, which are specified in the section relating to delivery. Likewise, when viewing the shopping basket once a product has been added, the customer will be provided with all the relevant information regarding shipping costs. In the event of any discrepancy between the price stated for shipping costs in the corresponding section of the website and the price stated when completing the order at the checkout, the price stated at the end of the order shall always prevail.

Delivery

At Webcartridge, only products that we can deliver within a reasonable period of time may be purchased. The product card will indicate whether it is available or not.

As far as shipping methods, delivery times and costs are concerned, these are set out in the corresponding section of our website (see here).

We will do our utmost to ensure that transport companies comply with the deadlines mentioned above. However, if these deadlines are not met due to circumstances out of the control of eCommProjects UK Ltd., we shall not accept any responsibility for the delay the shipping costs will not be refunded.

The order is deemed to have been delivered when the courier company confirms that the delivery note has been signed by the recipient.

We are not responsible for any customs surcharges.

Guarantee and Returns

In Webcartridge if less than 15 calendar days have passed since the reception of your order, you will be able to return it and ask for a refund with no need to give any explanations.

If your order has arrived incomplete, you have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to inform us of the incident.

If the product received is defective or does not work, you have a 3-year guarantee period.

In the case of our copy service, cancellations or modifications will only be accepted if the order has not started to be produced.

If there are any faults in the printing or binding or if any of the orders are missing, you can claim a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Use of service and responsibilities

eCommProjects UK Ltd. does not guarantee the permanent and continuous availability of the products and/or services offered, and shall be exonerated from any type of responsibility derived from possible harm and/or inconveniences that may be occasioned as a result of using them. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or omissions in content, lack of availability of the product or transmission of viruses or any other technologically harmful or damaging programme or material that may affect your computer system as a consequence of using this website. However, all appropriate measures will be taken to avoid such occurrences as much as possible.

In the same way, eCommProjects UK Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or non-fulfilment of the obligations undertaken when such delay or non-fulfilment is attributable to force majeure, such as a strike, riot, terrorist attack, war, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake or any other natural disaster, etc.

eCommProjects Internet S.L. is not responsible for the actions or content of the orders made by its users or third parties that may violate the rights of intellectual and industrial property, business secrets, right to honor, privacy and self-image, actions involving unfair competition and / or illegal advertising, as well as the violation of other current regulations in any field. Likewise, eCommProjects Internet is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damages that may arise from the illegal or improper use of this website.

eCommProjects Internet S.L. may refuse to print or reproduce content that in its opinion violates or may violate fundamental rights and public freedoms, intellectual property rights, are or may be criminal, xenophobic, terrorist or discriminatory on grounds of race, sex, religion or belief, that are pornographic, advocate violence, threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety or that, for any other reason, are not suitable for reproduction.

The user declares that he/she is responsible for the documents that he/she orders to be printed, declaring that he/she has the right to reproduce, copy and/or distribute them, in full compliance with the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties, exempting eCommProjects Internet S.L. from any liability for any infringement of these rights.

eCommProjects Internet S.L. undertakes to maintain confidentiality, not to disclose or trade with the files/documents made available to the client for the execution of the order. The files will be destroyed within 90 days from the date of the client's or user's request for the work.

Right to exclude

Webcartridge reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal to users or clients who do not comply with the General Conditions specified in this section.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of Clauses

Should any clause in these Terms and Conditions be partially or wholly null and void or ineffective, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain operative and binding.

Applicable law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction
