In all our prints, we adjust the documents to the printer margins, leaving a blank perimeter for maximum quality. If the document has a different size, it will be adapted to the paper size.

A4

Dimensions 210 x 297 mm. It is the most used and common size and is ideal for printing notes, official documents, etc.

A3

Dimensions 297 x 420 mm. It is exactly twice the size of A4 and is ideal for printing posters, plans, posters, etc.

A5

Dimensions 148 x 210 mm. It is exactly half the size of A4 and is ideal for agendas, notebooks, etc.

Normal

Navigator 80-gram Paper. It's the best conventional paper on the market. Its whiteness, silky texture, and weight make it the ideal paper for printing your notes, personal documents, etc.

High Quality

Navigator 100-gram Paper. It has a thickness and whiteness superior to normal paper, making it the ideal paper for printing documents that require superior quality, such as presentations or portfolios. If you need to print double-sided files with a high color predominance, this paper prevents any transparency in printing.

Cardboard

It has a weight of 300 grams and is 100% white. Its thickness makes it the ideal support for printing cards, posters, decorative sheets, diplomas, etc.

All the papers we use are produced through a circular and sustainable process, thus having FSC and Ecolabel certification and contributing to environmental protection.

In all our prints, we adjust the documents to the printer's margins, leaving a blank perimeter to ensure maximum quality. If the document has a different size, it will be adapted to the paper size.

Single-Sided Printing

The printing will be done onone side of the sheet, leaving the back blank for writing if needed. This is usually the best option for printing posters, presentations, and more.

Double-Sided Printing

The printing will be done onboth sides of the sheet, reducing the number of sheets you will receive by half. By using less paper, you will contribute to environmental conservation, and your printed documents will take up less space. This is the most common option for extensive files with a large number of pages.

Due to the complexity of configuring 2 pages per sheet and 4 pages per sheet, both options are not compatible with automatic document rotation.

1 Page per Sheet

This is the most common printing method. Each page of your documents will be printed on one side of the paper. The only adjustment we will make is to fit them to the paper size you choose.

2 Pages per Sheet

We will adjust the sheet size to fit two pages of your document on each side of the paper. This way, you can significantly reduce the number of printed sheets, contributing to environmental conservation and cost savings. However, please note that this printing method reduces the page size by half, which may make reading more challenging.

4 Pages per Sheet

We will adjust the sheet size to fit four pages of your document on each side of the paper. Please note that this option further reduces the number of printed sheets, but also shrinks the size of each printed page to one-fourth, making reading even more challenging.

Automatic Rotation

The orientation of the sheet is automatically adjusted to vertical or horizontal based on the orientation of the print file. It is recommended to enable this option for documents containing both horizontal and vertical pages.

Vertical with Side Rotation

Printing is done in vertical mode, and the paper is rotated on the long side, i.e., turning the sheet to the left. This orientation is most suitable for documents with vertical pages. If you have horizontal pages and choose to enable automatic rotation, they will either be rotated to fit the full sheet size or reduced to the paper's width, leaving blank space at the top and bottom of the document.

Vertical Side Rotation without Automatic Rotation
Vertical Side Rotation with Automatic Rotation
Horizontal with Upper Rotation

Printing is done in horizontal mode, and the paper is rotated on the long side, i.e., turning the sheet upwards. This orientation is most suitable for documents with horizontal pages. If you have vertical pages and choose to enable automatic rotation, they will either be rotated to fit the full sheet size or reduced to the paper's width, leaving blank space at the top and bottom of the document.

Horizontal Upper Rotation without Automatic Rotation
Horizontal Upper Rotation with Automatic Rotation
Vertical with Upper Rotation

Printing is done in vertical mode, and the paper is rotated on the short side, i.e., turning the sheet upwards. This orientation is most suitable for documents with vertical pages. If you have horizontal pages and choose to enable automatic rotation, they will either be rotated to fit the full sheet size or reduced to the paper's width, leaving blank space at the top and bottom of the document.

Vertical Upper Rotation without Automatic Rotation

Horizontal with Side Rotation

Printing is done in horizontal mode, and the paper is rotated on the short side, i.e., turning the sheet to the left. This orientation is most convenient for documents with horizontal pages. If you have vertical pages and choose to enable automatic rotation, they will either be rotated to fit the full sheet size or reduced to the paper's width, leaving blank space at the top and bottom of the document.

Grouped

All your files will be bound together in a single volume. Please be aware that if your grouped documents exceed 400 pages, the binding will be divided into multiple volumes, always trying to make them as similar as possible and not cutting a subject in half. If this may cause any inconvenience, we recommend sending us your documents already divided, taking into account this page limit (there are no larger spirals that allow this).

Individual

Each of the files you have attached will be bound individually. Likewise, if any of them exceeds 400 pages, the binding will be divided into multiple volumes, always trying to make them as similar as possible and not cutting a subject in half. We advise you to send them to us already divided, taking into account this page limit, if receiving them divided will be inconvenient for you (there are no larger spirals that allow this).

Standard

We will print the cover the same as the rest of the document, i.e., with the default setting you have previously selected (if you have chosen the black and white print setting, the cover will be printed in black and white, and if you have chosen the color print setting, the cover will be printed in color).

Color 300 g

We will print the cover of your document in color on 300 g cardboard. It is a highly recommended option, for example, for printing the cover of a planner or a teacher's notebook.

2 Holes Long Side

A 2-hole punch on the long side of each printed sheet will be made, following the print orientation you selected. In other words, the paper will be turned on the short side.

2 Holes Short Side

A 2-hole punch on the short side of each printed sheet will be made following the print orientation you selected. In other words, the paper will be turned on the short side.

4 Holes Long Side

A 4-hole punch on the long side of each printed sheet will be made. In other words, the sheet will be turned on the long side.

The 4-hole punch option on the short side is unavailable due to insufficient space on the sheet.

Loose Leaf

Your files will be delivered printed on loose sheets. That means they will come straight from the printer without any kind of finishing.

Spiral Binding

Your files will be bound in volumes with plastic spirals and plastic or cardboard covers (we will indicate in the configurator which material each cover is made of). We have a wide variety of colour to personalise your binding. Please note that the maximum number of sheets (folios) that can be bound per volume is approximately 400 (there are no larger plastic spirals that allow this). If your documents exceed this number of sheets, we will split the binding into multiple volumes, always trying to make them as similar as possible and not cutting a subject in half. Therefore, if this is inconvenient for you, we recommend sending us your documents already divided independently, taking into account this sheet limit.

Stapled

Your files will be stapled individually in the upper left corner of the sheet. Please note that the maximum number of sheets (folios) that can be stapled is approximately 100. Therefore, if your file exceeds this number, they cannot be sent stapled. We advise you to send us your documents taking into account this sheet limit if you want to receive them stapled.

Lamination

Each sheet will be laminated with 80-micron self-adhesive pouches. The lamination will protect your document and enhance its visual appearance and durability.

Hole Punching

Your documents will be punched with two or four holes, depending on the selection you make in the punching section of the configurator. You will receive them ready for archiving.

You can simulate the actual final result of your binding in our configurator by selecting the color of the spirals and covers.

Spiral Color

We have 18 colors of plastic spirals for you to customize your binding to the fullest. We use a 4:1 pitch in all of them, with 46 holes along the long side of the sheet. Depending on the number of pages in your document, we will use the appropriate diameter ring.

Back Cover Color

We have three types of back covers: embossed cardboard and plastic.

Embossed Cardboard

Embossed cardboard covers provide more resistance, are more rigid, and withstand the passage of time better, making them ideal for thicker bindings. In these covers, you can choose the following colors: black, burgundy, dark blue, and dark green.

Plastic

Plastic covers are lighter and thinner than cardboard, making them more flexible. This material better withstands water, allowing it to be cleaned with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. They are available in the following colors: grey, black, orange, yellow, pastel pink, pastel yellow, pastel orange, lilac, pastel blue, pastel green, white, fuchsia, blue, red, green, purple and transparent (the latter is the same as the front cover, allowing you to see the last page of your document).

Front Cover Color

Our front covers are all made of plastic, providing flexibility and lightness to the binding. They are available in the following colors: transparent, translucent, translucent yellow, translucent blue, translucent red, translucent green, translucent orange, translucent fuchsia, and translucent lilac. The transparent cover fully shows the cover of the document and has a glossy finish, while the translucent ones also show the cover but in a less sharp way and have a matte finish.

Help Us Improve Your Order!

We need to clarify a detail of your order to ensure that you receive the prints just as you need them. Please confirm the following information.

Add Blank Page

Your print is double-sided, but we see that you only have single-page documents. By default, the system adds a blank page at the end of documents with odd pages to maintain their order and start on a new sheet. However, based on the type of your files, we think you might want this to be different, and the second document appears on the reverse side of the first document, i.e., combined. How do you want us to print them?
