Guide on How to Change the Ink Cartridges of the HP Deskjet 3638

Replacing the cartridges of the HP Deskjet 3638 printer is a very simple process, and you just need to follow the steps we indicate below. It will only take you a couple of minutes, trust us.

1. First, turn on the printer and lower the paper output tray.
2. Now, open the door to access the cartridges.
3. At this moment, the carriage will move to the center of the printer. Once it has stopped, gently press down the cartridge you want to replace and remove it.
4. Take the new cartridge out of its package, remove the protective plastic tape, and insert it into the corresponding slot by gently pushing it backward.
5. Finally, close the door to access the cartridges, and that's it.
6. Remember that the black cartridge goes in the right slot and the tricolor cartridge in the left slot.
