HP Deskjet is one of the most famous series of printers from the brand, and HP Deskjet D2460 is one of the most important ones in its catalog. This, like the rest of the models in the series, is a multifunctional device designed to perform all the basic functions demanded in the world of printing. The reason for its success? It is one of the most comprehensive printers available, and with it, you can print, copy, and scan without even leaving your home. HP Deskjet D2460 is designed for people who have no experience using printers and/or are having one for the first time.
As for its printing technology, it uses inkjet, just like the other printers in the series. What does this imply? It's as simple as using liquid ink cartridges as consumables. To be more precise, it only needs 2 cartridges: one black and one tricolor (a single cartridge that incorporates yellow, cyan, and magenta ink). At Webcartridge, we have them available in various types so that all our customers can find the perfect option for them. Do you want them in original or compatible?, standard capacity or XL format?, buy each cartridge separately or all together in a pack? Any alternative is a great choice; you just have to choose the one that best suits your needs. Do you want to make sure you buy consumables for your HP Deskjet D2460 at the best possible price? Buy them from our online printer ink store!

Guide on How to Change Ink Cartridges of HP Deskjet D2460
If you are going to replace the ink cartridges of your HP Deskjet D2460, you will need to follow these steps. Don't worry; the process is very simple and will only take you a couple of minutes.
- Make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on; otherwise, you won't be able to change the cartridges.
- Now, lower the paper output tray and open the door that provides access to the cartridges, located at the front of the printer. Gently press down the cartridge you need to replace and take it out with great care.
- Take the new cartridge, remove it from its packaging, and be careful not to touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Before inserting it into its corresponding slot, you need to remove the protective plastic tape.
- Place the black ink cartridge in the right slot and the tricolor cartridge in the left slot. You should insert them with the nozzles facing the printer. To make sure you have placed it correctly, gently push it backward.
- Finally, close the door that provides access to the cartridges you opened earlier, and you're done.
