You can tell, because these printers have a thermal transfer ribbon, called a ribbon, which runs alongside the labels. This type of labels and printing is ideal for long-lasting prints.  To find out if this is the right roll for you, it is important to know the width of the paper you need; The roll contains 2,580 labels of 51.0 mm in width x 25.0 mm in length and a mandrel (core) of 25.0 mm. Normally your printer will mark a maximum width and diameter of the roll and you can always put a roll that is smaller in size, at least with respect to the diameter, since the diameter indicated is obviously when the roll is unstarted, as it wears out it will be reduced, for this reason you can always put a roll with a diameter smaller than the maximum allowed by your printer.
